This past Sunday was a wonderful blessing. From opening through the closing prayer God was lifted up and honored. Bonnie, Melissa, Rachel and Rachel, Sandy, Brandi, Denise, and Anna, thank you very much for your willingness to allow God to use you to minister to His Church.
Below are a few thoughts that I jotted down during the service from some of the many that were shared on Sunday ...
God knows us FULLY yet still loves us COMPLETELY.
God's Word is alive and breathing, it has a pulse and it is speaking to us.
When we know the answer of the Father is always love, we have nothing to fear.
There are times God breathes on us and brings forth life.
Times of prayer build us up and prepare us for the challenges of life.
God has given us, as His sons and daughters, so much more than we are taking advantage of.
Some challenging questions ...
Can you not watch and pray with me for one hour?
How much of God do we really have (take advantage of)?
There were many encouraging verses read or referenced on Sunday. Let me leave you with two ...
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8.28).
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1.6)
