Time Out!

In many sports, when a team needs to re-group, the captain of the team calls a time-out.

There is however, only a certain number of time-outs that can be called. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ is in its last time-out and God is calling the team back out on the field to persevere to the end and win the game! It is time to get off the bench and get back into the game. For far too long the church has been sitting on the side-lines. God is calling His people into active service to build His kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.

There are many opportunities for us to "get back in the game."

This past weekend, Pastor Tony challenged us concerning the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Baptism is an essential element of every believer's life. As Pastor Tony suggested, put on a good worship CD and spend time in prayer and cry out to God and He will pour His Holy Spirit out upon you.

Ding! Time-out is up! Let's get back in the game and back on the field and win this game for Jesus Christ!
